"Nice house with lots of potential.The driveway was not adequately cleared.The shower stall downstairs is very small.The upstairs bath/shower/tub leaked copiously.So 2 of us were able to shower 1 nite only, not wanting to add to the leaking tub. The counter barstools are too tall for the counter top.I did inform the host of the above.The price quoted varied between host and VRBO site."

"We had a maginificent stay here with my family to celebrate our wedding. The house was stunning as was the location. Our host was fantastic with communication and very easy to work with. It was clean, we had everything we needed and we will definifely be coming back! If i could give 10 stars I would!"

"Amazing property at a pristine location overlooking the lake. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, especially helping us out when there was an unexpected snow storm that led to power outage. Brought us over buckets and flashlights and offered us to move to another property. We loved this property so much that we decided to stay on. Cannot recommend this property and Kim and Renee enough. Would love to visit again"

"We had such a great time and comfortable stay. The house worked out great for the 8 of us and we could have easily had a few more stay with us. There were 3 rollout beds and a couch we didn't even use for sleeping. The lake and views are gorgeous, the kitchen and pantry was well-equipped, ample parking, so peaceful. Great proximity to BS, to town and a nearby gen store. Communication with April was excellent as well. We loved not having to strip beds or clean or anything -- we always wonder why...

"The house has plenty of sleeping space. Also ample parking space for multiple cars or a truck and trailer. The location is just up the hill from the start/finish line of the Millinocket Marathon as well as all that main street has to offer. This is an ideal home base for hiking, rafting, or even a snowmobiling group. It's not fancy, but a comfortable space with all you need for exploring the incredible beauty of the surrounding woods, waters and mountains. "

"The building doesn’t look like a hotel. The sign was not well lit. They are doing renovations which look like they will be nice. Breakfast was underwhelming. The room was clean and large. Be careful when heading out of town towards Greenville, GPS may send you to a dirt road that is private property."
