"Sweet location and they remodeled it nice. However, be warned the bar next door does loud live music and the whole building shakes. Would only reccomend to the young party crowd. Not ideal for families. The manager was nice and did try to offer a refund for a night. Not sure how many people want to hear music vibrating until 2am. Young me would not have cared. Sweet beach access"

"Perfect getaway for a group of ladies spending a snowy night catching up away from our spouses and kids. Cozy fireplace, beautiful home, ample space and in a great location. Highly recommend!"

"The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware. The pocket door in the kitchen was off the track (not a big issue), however it requires repairing, The lower draw in the...

"The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!."

"It was a very nice experience staying there. The owner replied to our questions pretty fast. I love the backyard, but unfortunately, it is too cold to stay outside during the winter. I would definitely recommend this house and we will try and go back in a warmer season!"

There was an issue with the heat upstairs; the hosts endeavored to respond to the problem in a timely manner. (Owners were on site for some of our stay, but it did not affect our activities.) "The Arts and Crafts home was more beautiful than the pictures reflected! We loved all of the details in the woodwork, hidden little corners, tons of space to spread out and wonderful places to gather together. Having recently sold our "family home" we were thrilled to find this home in which to have a mini- family reunion. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked- from serving platters to garlic powder to paper towels...We had everything we needed. The gas fireplace created a beautiful focal...

"My friends, partner and I stayed over Columbus day weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the heated pool still being open, which was a huge highlight. The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did have a minor issue with the hot water not working in the cottage, but other than that everything was great and we would defintely stay again!"

"Great property. Close to Westhampton (10 min) Large private yard with nice pool for entertaining. Main house is cottage like with plenty of room for a family. Pool house is more modern and has large living area, full bath, EIK and downstairs king bedroom where a separate family or kids could stay apart from the main house closer to pool area. The location is very close to Town of Westhampton, which has a lot of shops and restaurants. The location also has supermarket, Rite Aid and liquor store...
