There are wood floors and tile throughout.  The newly remodeled custom built kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances.  It is a very efficient kitchen; chefs enjoy the valley view from there as well. The living space is all on one floor.  There is one flight of steps from the yard up into the house.
