"We had a truely delightful stay at the B and B homestead,upon arrival we were welcomed by the stunning property exactly as described on the website. "This is an amazing property. So close to town but amazingly quiet. Everything has been thought of from a lovely breakfast platter to all the extras provided to cook with. "The moment we opened the door the cottage had embraced us both, we felt welcomed and relaxed. This amazing 1860 cottage has been beautifully renovated with rustic features and gorgeous timber furniture throughout. "I left two nights early. The property is filled with spiders (daddy longlegs and huntsmans) with spider webs everywhere. I cleaned a lot but they return the next morning. Many surfaces were tacky/sticky. There were long strands of dark hair in the bathroom. There are dust balls/old web/grit in all of the corners. The decor is claustrophic and kitsch.
