"The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening. "Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills."

"The Inn at Tyler Hill was just lovely. Delaney is an excellent hostess. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary/Valentines Day & she had the big “25” balloons, card and bouquet of flowers waiting for us in our room. The bed was super comfortable and I just loved the pillows! We stayed in the “Rolling Stones” room. We had a big screen tv and sofa in our room as well. We had access to a microwave, Kureg and fridge. Breakfast was appealing and delicious. I can’t wait to return next...

"It was good but the breakfast voucher they give you is ridiculous. They dont give enough to cover the breakfast. And then they charge more if you get a coffee. I remember when you ate there before they had a set breakfast menue it you didn't have to pay anything. "

Room 209 had a comfortable king bed. Streaming TV on wall for which I used my own Netflix login info. Bathroom was modern and had a half glass door.
