Kitchen: you will find a brand new open kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, complete set of utensils and dining table.

Bedroom: the bedroom is very large, there is a King size double bed 180x200 with a Memory Foam mattress, a very large sofa bed where you can comfortably watch TV with Netflix included and free for guests or read a book. You will also find a large wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.

Bathroom: the bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer

The apartment is very quiet and comfortable.
It has an inverter air conditioner to cool in the summer and heat in the winter.

For guests there is free use of Wifi, inside the building you will find passwords and qr codes to scan.
