"Wonderful house with a fantastic deck. We spent hours just enjoying morning coffee and evening drinks while talking, laughing and enjoying the amazing view of the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had plenty of comfortable seating, and the beds were comfortable. I reached out to the host with a couple of questions and received prompt helpful responses. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"We did a corporate retreat with 5 men. House was perfectly set up for this type of event or multiple families. Very Spacious and accommodating. Fully stocked to cook any type of meal. Boat Dock was well laid out to enjoy fishing and recreation. Highly recommended from top to bottom. "

"We enjoyed the house! Beautiful deck and lovely views. Only thing we didn’t like was that the lake had been drawn down to epic levels. We heard from more than more than one person that it had never been that low. Would have been good to know and we might have just left our boat at home. We would have still made the trip, just without the boat. All in all it was a great week! "

"Beautiful location. We loved the dock and porch. There were a few crumbs in the kitchen and mold/mildew on the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom. The house was old and a fixer upper. Very rustic, but we loved it!"

"We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our two grown sons, wives, and two grandchildren. For a large group, this fits the bill perfectly. We loved the layout, the large patios (top and bottom), the view of the lake, the boat slips, and all of the space to move around in. The kitchen fit our needs (we didn't use the one on the bottom floor) and the house had everything we needed. The boat launch is just around the corner. "A group (8) of 50+ year old cousins spent the weekend at the lovely Barndomnium. It had plenty of space for all of us to relax, visit, cook and sleep. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved having the large garbage can in the kitchen. We didn't have to take the trash out as often because of this. The pantry was an added bonus. We didn't have to have all of our food and snacks on the counter/island. I reached out to the owners a couple of times for minor questions. They were very responsive....
