Beautiful corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 80 m2, renovated, on the ground floor, with magnificent view on the pool, garden and sea, ideally located for vacations without car. 500 meters from the beach, 300 meters from bars, restaurants and supermarket, 100 meters from the Riviera Sports Club (paddle, tennis, ...). You can spend your vacations without using your car if you wish! South and West facing, it benefits from a very pleasant light from morning to evening. Covered terrace. Kitchen open to living room and dining room. Air-conditioned vacation apartment and also with ceiling fans, perfect for a couple with 2 children or two couples.
The apartment is located in the lower part of Riviera del sol, Malaga airport at 30mn by car, Marbella city center at 15mn. Many golf courses within 15mn drive.

3 weeks in Mijas Costa
Stayed at this property for 3 weeks in October. Very tasteful and comfortable property and worked well for us as we were also working remotely some of the time. Very close to the beach and bars / restaurants with plenty of opportunity to explore nearby both on foot and by car. Hosts ( Bertrand & Virginie) were very attentive and helpful with tips on good places to visit and eat.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in idealer Lage
Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Anlage und der Pool, zu denen man von der Terrasse einen direkten Zugang hat, sind sehr gepflegt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, der Strand und ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben vier sehr angenehme Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Bei irgendwelchen Problemen/ Fragen hat Bertrand immer sehr schnell reagiert und geholfen. Gabriele, September 2024

Très bien situé et bien frais
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Bertrand. Lui et sa femme sont très sympathiques. Nous avons pu aller à pieds à la mer et aux restaurants. Tout est facile d'accès, supermarché, pharmacie et autres... Et la piscine était super et chauffée😊 Bon endroit pour séjourner en famille ou autre..

Beautiful place, close to everything you need!
We loved our 2-month stay here in Mijas Costa! My husband and I were here with our 6-month old and the neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful. The apartment is conveniently located in Costa del Sol; only 30 minutes away (by car) from the airport/Malaga and 20 minutes from Marbella. Everything you need is in walking distance...the beach is about 5-10 minutes walk, grocery store is a 5 minutes walk, restaurants are all around. Bertrand is very responsive and checks in often. The apartment is exactly as pictured with a communal pool. The resort maintenance staff come everyday to clean the property/pool as well. Beautiful area, beautiful apartment...would return!!

Nice apartement in a nice area
We had a lovely stay of 10 weeks. The apartement is well equipped and comfortable. Close to the sea and two supermarkets. Nice promenad along the beach with beautiful views over the sea. Very good host, Bertrand, helpful and easy to contact. We were happy with the surroundings, clean and not too noicy. We liked it!

Apartment well placed with easy access to amenities. Situated within a gated community. Ground floor, corner plot position with immediate views of the community pool and distant seaview. Community gardens are immaculately kept. Very attentive host always contactable by phone and responsive to any questions. Our first time stay in this area.

Prachtig bijna nieuw appartement met een geweldige tuin.
Bijna 5 weken hier zeer aangenaam vertoeft. Het weer was uitstekend met temp. van 27 graden. Een zeer goed contact met dhr. Bertrand. (Woont vlakbij en kan binnen10 minuten aanwezig zijn. De tuin werd druk bezocht en dat is logisch, het is mooist onderhoudentuin die wij in 10 jaar gezien hebben daar. Prima adres , alles op loopafstand. Aan te bevelen, TOP

Schoon en net appartement
Fijn verblijf gehad in het net en goed onderhouden appartement, zoals trouwens het gehele complex. Mooie gezamenlijke tuin met zwembad waar dagelijks wel een tuinman aan het knippen, snoeien of maaien was. Het is een wat ouder complex maar geeft daardoor wel een Spaanse sfeer. Eigenaar was erg behulpzaam en alles verliep als vooraf besproken. In de omgeving zijn er diverse strandjes en stranden. Ook zijn er een aantal leuke dorpjes als Mijas, Cala Mijas, Benalmádena, Alhaurin el Grande. Malaga en Marbella zijn binnen 45minuten met de auto of taxi te bereiken.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Pool
Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon von dem man einen direkten Zugang zum Pool hat. Ideal, wenn man zwei Schlafzimmer benötigt. Das Bad ist etwas klein und ohne Fenster. Küche und Wohnbereich gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zum Strand muß man eine Schnellstraße kreuzen (Tunnel), aber der Strand ist hier nicht ganz so schön. 2 km nördlich findet man einen schöneren Strand, den wir aufgesucht haben. Entweder mit dem Auto (Parkplätze sind aber rar) oder einen schönen befestigten Weg an der Küste entlang. Anfangs gab es Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten mit dem Gastgeber, so daß wir die erste Nacht ein Hotel aufsuchen mußten. Ab dann war alles ok.

Appartement très confortable, parfait pour un séjour balnéaire
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l'appartement de Bertrand après un road trip dans les principales villes d'Andalousie. L'appartement est très agréable pour se reposer ainsi que la piscine de la résidence. Il est très bien équipé et proche de toutes les commodités (supermarchés, plages, etc). Je recommande cet hébergement à 200%, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Het appartement is zoals in de advertentie. Accommodatie is prima niets op aan te merken. Klein beetje achterstallig onderhoud in het appartement maar een kniesoor die daar last van zou hebben. Wij i.i.g. niet. Jammer genoeg begaf onze TV het de laatste week door een hack op de server. Wat tegenviel is dat er geen reuring is en dat je daarvoor altijd met de auto weg moet. Kortom goed verblijf.

Leider nicht Rollstuhlgerecht!!
Unser 4 Wochen geplanter Aufenthalt war schwer und nicht schön.Für den Rollstuhlfahrer die Umstände zermürbend, da das Appartmen nicht wie angegeben rollstuhlgerecht ist. Weder für schmalen E-Rollstuhl (70 cm B.) noch für einen regulären Aktivrollstuhl. Vor dem Eingang eine Stufe. Die Türbreite ins Bad 60 cm. In die Schlafräume 68 cm. Ins Schlafzimmer muss man durch einen schmalen Flur je links o. rechts um eine Ecke.Keine Wendeoption- zu schmal. Beim Versuch an Wand gestoßen, die dann abbröckelte, für die wir 95 Euro extra zahlten.Duschen für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht möglich da der Duscheingang in dem kl.Bad über Eck an der Wand ist. Türen wurden herausgenommen was nichts brachte. (Jeder von draußen konnte durch ein Fenster in unser offenes Bad/Toilette sehen). Anfänglich bekamen wir einen Bürostuhl - danach ein kl. Transferstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt, um auf die Toilette oder in den Schlafraum zu gelangen. Leider kam es zu Stürzen. Es war alles eine Zumutung. Wir haben die Tage mehr gezählt als genossen und mehrfach versucht früher einen Flug nach Hause zu erhalten. Ferienbedingt schwer und auch sehr spät, möglich. Wir zahlten fast 900 Euro extra für die Umbuchung um Heim zu kommen! Die nicht genutzen Tage wurden uns nicht erstattet. Wir fordern eine Teilentschädigung für die entstandenen Mehrkosten. Direkt am Appartment Tür zum Gemeinschaftsgarten, (nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer nutzbar !) durch die täglich Gäste gehen und das Tor ständig auf und zu knallt. Es war sehr laut!!

We stayed at the apartment from the 21st December to 28th of February 2023 met by the owner Bertrand, the place was spotless, the kitchen looked brand new and well equipped, Bertrand was easy to contact nothing was to much trouble, the steps down to the garden was good as our little chihuahua dog could go out any time on the the lead for a walk, the apartment is in a perfect location shops,restaurants the beach only 8 minutes walk away, l can thoroughly recommend this apartment to any one who wants a guiet comfort holiday. Excellent Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this property, nice and cosy, the grounds were immaculate and well kept, the swimming pool was a lovely feature and we used daily for the first 2 weeks and then they closed it for maintenance work which was a shame as although November the weather was amazing and still warm enough for us to swim. Bertrand the owner is amazing, polite friendly and available if there are any problems. Sun loungers would have been nice by the pool as I am unable to sit down on the grass due to medical problem. Definitely the best location so far for properties we have rented, local supermarket only 5 minute walk, bus stop 8 minute walk and the beach about 8 minute walk. Property had everything we needed, nice and warm at night, no heating required. Very friendly complex we got to meet and talk to other people staying on the site. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely family stay
This was our first foreign family holiday (2 adult and two girls 7 & 10) and this was the perfect place. communication with Bertrand was easy and even though he was unavailable to met us his son was and was very helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy and we had plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. There was aircon in the lounge and ceiling fans in each room and this and the slightly shaded location of the apartment meant it was cool in the day and night despite 35 degree temps outside. The apartments whilst not huge was plenty big enough for use and the ground floor location meant that the kids could easily go outside to play. The outside area was huge and very well kept. Lots of places to lay and enjoy the sun whilst the kids swam. The Pools were lovely but please note that the main pool is almost all 3m deep so floats or good swimming skills were needed. The location was great and was a 5 minute walk to the local shops, 10 mins to the beach. La Calle de Mijas was 5 mins away by car and had a greater selection of restaurants. Fuengirola was about 10 mins by car and we would highly recommend the Bioparc for a day out it was awesome. overall we highly recommend the apartment, the location and the host.

Séjour très agréable
Appartement parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Entièrement équipé. La terrasse en rez de chaussée donne accès direct au jardin et à la piscine, qui sont très bien entretenus. Résidence calme et sécurisée. A 5 mn à pied de la mer. Pratique pour les personnes en voiture. il y a toujours du stationnement sur rue disponible. Propriété que je recommande vivement.

Our host was friendly and helpfull and provided us with all the information we needed. Sport facilities (tennis, padle fitness) around the corner. Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby the appartment. Very convenient. We can recommend this place.
