"Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!"

Our stay here was truly magical. The resort grounds, staff, facilities, and food are hands-down the best we experienced in Sri Lanka. The spa is a must where Lina and her colleagues will pamper you like royalty. It was so very difficult to leave. We are already making plans to return.

"I really enjoyed my stay at Kutumbaya. The staff were really friendly and helped organise a safari and tour of the ancient ruins for me. The food was great, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfasts. The WiFi and air con were good and I even found some Premiership football on the TV. Iâd definitely stay here again!"

"We are a family of five with three adult daughters and we very much enjoyed our stay. I can summarise by saying we were happy with everything and everyone there, and the location is a good base for visiting Anuradhupura.
Nilketha has a very nice ambience with two large areas for relaxing. Rooms were very clean with air-conditioning and fans. The pool is very nice and refreshing after a long day and our three daughters felt comfortable in their bathers - unlike some places.

"The pictures are deceiving. Positive thing is that the room is spacious and AC is fantastic. Everything else is something to criticize on. I.e a ton of mosquitos, washroom is full of stains, the doors to the bathroom doesnât close properly making mosquitos to fly into the room through the bathroom. The bed had mattress cover but no blankets whatsoever and had to explicitly request one, which showed up as if a few cats picked a fight in it. "
