The fully equipped kitchen boasts a refrigerator, microwave, and induction stove, providing guests with the option to prepare meals during their stay.


Also, the studio is equipped with a full-sized bathroom, complete with a shower and toiletries, ensuring the utmost convenience for every guest.

Welcome to this cozy and modern accommodation! I take pride in offering a plethora of amenities and services to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. When you step into the bathroom, you'll find everything you need - from a hair dryer and cleaning products to shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. In the bedroom and laundry area, you'll find all the essentials, including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper, as well as bed linens and iron to make sure you always look your best.

For your entertainment, there is a TV to keep you entertained, and for your comfort, there's air conditioning and heating to keep you cozy no matter the weather.

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and get some work done in the dedicated workspace, located in a room with a door. In the kitchen and dining area, you'll find all the cooking essentials you need to prepare your own meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, oil, salt, pepper, dishes, silverware, bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, and more. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee with the coffee maker and sip your classy wine in fine wine glasses.

There is a communal washer available within the building for your convenience. It operates with coins for anyone who wishes to use it.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
