Welcome to Ripples - Middleton. A spacious family home on Middleton's seafront with panoramic surf coast views right through to The Bluff in Victor Harbor. Separate downstairs and upstairs areas accessed by an external staircase with front and rear balconies and a large secure rear yard.. The perfect beach house for your surf escape!

Please note: a $500 security bond applies to all bookings.

* With an occupancy of 6 Ripples is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults
* Upstairs large open plan living with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen area and sunroom with panoramic sea views
* Wi-Fi available
* Linen is not provided
* Downstairs large open plan living with flat screen TV, Playstation, dining and kitchenette with sink and a fridge
* 4 bedrooms - master upstairs with queen size bed and panoramic sea views, second bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds, third bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed and panoramic sea views and fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunks
* Bathroom upstairs with a shower and vanity with a separate w/c
* Bathroom downstairs with a shower, vanity and w/c
* Laundry with top load washing machine and dryer
* Front balcony with outdoor furniture and breathtaking coastal views and small rear balcony
* Covered BBQ area downstairs - BBQ must be used in this area only
* Single lock up garage plus off street parking
* Fully fenced secure rear yard with a large lawn area
* Late check out may be available subject to availability - request today with our friendly staff

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

Great weekend beach stay
Perfect weekend stay with perhaps the best view anywhere along the Middleton to goes stretch. Sunset drinks in the balcony and one Ty of space. A real bonus being pet friendly. We will book again. Only downside was the entry lock needs some maintenance and picking up the keys from Goolwa was a bit of a detour and lucky we got there before 8pm otherwise we would have been locked out.

Absolutely magic location with views from every window. Property was beautiful, light, bright and very welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

A nice property with amazing views.
We had a wonderful few days at this property. It was in a good location with beautiful views overlooking the beach. The property was nicely renovated and clean. There were a few issues which were inconvenient and could be more accurately advertised. As a pet friendly property, dogs were not permitted inside, for the price point we would have expected linen to have been included and picking up the key from a nearby town was not ideal. There was also not an internal staircase which meant going out in the cold and rain to get into the downstairs rooms. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay.

Nice house Great views
Mouldy bread left in cupboard. Ants all over kitchen bench and in kettle. No scrubber for dishwashing, no dish clothes for wiping down benches, no tea towels. Hot water for showers only lasts about 20 minutes. Besides that, nice house with great views.

Loved the location. Clean and tidy with everything you need there. I wasn’t a big fan off making beds and stripping them. I wish this was included in the service but other than that it was awesome.

Sensational Views!
A fabulous place with amazing views. Just stunning! Collection of keys was a bit of an inconvenience (collection at Victor Harbor or Goolwa). There was a lock-box on site which would have made check in/out much quicker. No Wi-Fi which meant no movie streaming and reliance on phone data. The cleanliness of quilt covers and mattress protectors questionable which we raised with owners. Also the need to empty dishwasher before leaving to avoid a $50 fee is excessive (and unnecessary). But the place and views were gorgeous. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Amazing Views
Perfect accommodation on the beach front at Middleton. Loved going to bed with the sound of the ocean, and waking up to the wonderful sea views each morning. Well suited for 2 families. We could interact as much or as little as we wanted with the the 2 living areas and kitchen arrangements. Both decks were a highlight! The front one for watching the sunsets and star gazing. The back one for a sheltered BBQs with friends, Loved our stay.

My kids loved every minute of our break away. Its a great beach house, full of light ,with the most amazing views. We would happily recommend it and definitely stay at Ripples again 😀

This property had awesome views great location very clean place and so close to the surf. Being in Middleton places you centrally on the South Coast between Goolagong and Victor Harbor

Superb position
This holiday rental has a lovely charm about it. It’s been carefully thought out for minimal fuss, maximal enjoyment. The beds were comfortable and the property presented clean on arrival. Everything was in good working order. A couple of things to note - access to top of property is by outside staircase which becomes a bit slippery in the cool of the evening sea air, and if you are particularly sensitive to noise - don’t sleep downstairs as walking sounds are transmitted through the floor to downstairs accommodation. Practically speaking - the beach is a hop, skip and jump, views are amazing, shops are 5mins down the road at Goolwa.. We had a great long weekend here and would stay again. Thank you to the owners!
