"Not fancy yet perfect for our needs."

"We were visiting family in nearby Brandon. The space was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was set up with breakfast items and fridge had eggs, bread, milk, water, and basic condiments. The piano was a treat and allowed me to work on some preparation for a concert in the coming week. David is a very attentive host and the story behind the place is fascinating. "

"The location was perfect for our stay. The cabin had everything we needed. The Host was responsive to all issues and questions we had. The cabin is on a dirt road that is steep in places. (Many roads in VT are dirt/gravel roads). No problems for us. We enjoyed our stay."

"This property was exactly what you want when you come to Warren, VT. Perfect for our family’s holiday and close to all the Mad River Valley has to offer. The hosts were great! "

"We spent four nights in this cottage and had a wonderful time. The bed was very comfortable, the unit felt very spacious because of the high ceilings, and the kitchen was well appointed.My only suggestion for improvement: a bureau to store clothing. As pictured, there were two luggage racks for suitcases. There were no other options to put clothes except hooks for coats near the front door. "

"A few days before arrival, we were sent an email containing instructions for the property. These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. Arrival was fairly smooth, following the instruction sheet. The exterior of the house was somewhat worn, with sections of missing gutter, worn paint, and loose entry steps.
