"Our stay at this house could have been perfect if it had not been for two issues. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. We spent almost two days without electricity and it is something we should have been warned beforehand so we could make a decision...

"Outstanding service, communication, property, location, amenities. Owner April is top tier. We are already planning our return. Loved our sea tour with Rubin, and land tour. Our Fam of four felt pampered at this property, and the beauty of Spanish Wells was breathtaking. God’s splendor on display. Can’t wait till next year!!"

The cottage is the perfect size for two people, and we loved waking up each morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean. "The house was wonderful! It was clean and and very easy to move right into for me and my 87 yr old Mom. It is centrally located with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and adventuring. We will be back! "
