Cozy's Corner of Beachwalk is a spacious 2220 sq ft vacation home that offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional beach house charm. This beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located in the highly sought-after Beachwalk community, just steps from Lake Michigan.

Upon arrival, guests will be immediately charmed by the house's beautiful exterior, with its covered front porch and welcoming entryway. The main level of the home features an open-concept living and dining area, complete with comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. The fully-stocked kitchen boasts all of the amenities needed to prepare meals for your group, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A powder room is conveniently located just off the living room.

One of the standout features of this home is the beautiful four-season room, which is accessible from both the kitchen and living room. This space provides additional seating and dining areas, as well as stunning views of the surrounding community. The four-season room also opens up to the patio area, which features a fire pit and additional seating.

Cozy's Corner of Beachwalk can accommodate up to 12 guests across its five bedrooms. The main level of the home features two bedrooms, including the primary bedroom, which has a comfortable King bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom is a bunk room with twin-over-twin beds. Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed and an additional ottoman sleeper, while Bedroom #4 has two twin beds. Bedroom #5 is a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an extra ottoman sleeper.

The Beachwalk community itself is a fantastic place to spend your vacation. With two beautiful lakes, a heated outdoor pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, and a clubhouse, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Beachwalk is also ideally located just a short walk from the beach, as well as several popular restaurants and shops.

Wedding getaway weekend
We stayed for a wedding of a family friend in LaPorte. The house was exactly as we expected, so nice and clean, cozy for sure. We enjoyed breakfast each morning- shad everything we needed, and also enjoyed the four seasons room each evening with family. What a great place to get away to! Thanks very much!

Great house and location!
This was our 4th time at Beachwalk! We love this little community and Cozy’s corner was perfect. It’s located right in the middle of the community with the pool/lake/community area 1 block away. Lake Michigan was a .3 mile walk so we didn’t need a golf cart this time. (Kids are 11& 13, we would rent a golf cart when they were younger). The house had everything we needed.. lots of room with a huge four seasons room with couches, dining table & a tv plus 2 larges porches. We will definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice!

Perfect meetingplace, imperfect arrangements
We planned to rent in Michigan City where my mom lived until moving to Michigan with us so she could reconnect with friends and have a central place to have Christmas with my sister and her family. The spot turned out to be ideal. However, as the host never contacted us with the arrival information ahead of time, my husband spent two hours of the first day scrambling to try to contact the host or Vrbo and only at the last minute did the host return his calls. That caused us a lot of unnecessary angst leading up to what would be a beautiful stay.

Lovely home, but not an accurate representation of accomodations--a disappointment
Thanksgiving is the one time we are able to gather as a family near my aging parents. This is the 3rd year we have rented in Beachwalk. A week before our arrival, we were reviewing the house and discovered that it is not a pet friendly property. I asked if we could pay a pet deposit and assured Monica with the property management company that my brother's dog was well behaved and would not be an issue. She said the owner had a child with an allergy and would it not be allowed. I understood, thinking I had made a serious booking mistake, and my brother from Northern Minnesota had to quickly find alternative lodging. Upon arrival at the house, while putting things away we discovered an entire drawer in the kitchen that had a dog leash, dog food, and dog treats. Additionally, when I reviewed my documents from when I booked the house, I discovered the listing WAS listed as pet friendly. When I presented this to Monica she allowed us to have the dog at the house as long as it remained on the screened porch-no apology for the error and inconvenience, no offer to refund a portion of the money to help cover costs for additional lodging that we should not have incurred. Other issues...I had to reach out to Monica the day we were arriving to get the address and access information, there was no dishwasher soap,the house was NOT cleaned well, and the 2 "sofa beds" are literally pieces of 1 1/2" foam on wood boards- There is no way this house could sleep 12-6 adults and 4 kids at most.

Girls getaway
House perfect for group of five ladies! We were each able to have our own room, although the room with bunk beds was tiny it worked for us! Location was great! We could walk to the lake. Drive to town was not to far. Lots of antique stores in the area and the outlet was great! Loved the screened in porch on back of house. Since fall, during the week neighborhood was quiet. I imagine in summer it’s really a busy place!

Great home and great location!
Our three generation family loved our stay at Cozy Corner. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and had so many extra amenities we enjoyed. The house was wonderful; comfortable beds, plenty of room and great kitchen. We absolutely loved the 4 seasons room, we ate all our meals there, played card games, rested and read and the kids enjoyed the TV. Beachwalk is a terrific family community. The first night we took the chairs they thoughtfully provided & enjoyed live music in a park across the street from the house. We all enjoyed the pool and it was so convenient, we could see it from the house. We had ice cream & donuts at the clubhouse several times. There were also great parks for the younger children to enjoy & beautiful butterfly gardens. The lake was a longer walk but doable especially with the wagon provided. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas and all enjoyed the beach and clean Lake Michigan. One day we shopped at the nearby Outlet Mall and had one good meal out at Fiddlesticks. One day we all split up to enjoy different activities. One of the families with older children went to Chicago for the day, enjoyed the aquarium and other sites and rode public transportation. Another family with small children visited a water park while the grandparents enjoyed St. Jillian's Winery. We highly recommend Cozy Corner, Beachwalk & Lake Michigan and look forward to visiting again.
