"Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. "WOW! Cannot say enough about this property besides our group will be returning. I came for a weekend away with 12 women and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and found everything we could have hoped for and more. The owner met us to show us around the HUGE property and made sure we had what we needed (wifi, thermostats, working the TVs, etc.). He even left a gift of local goodies and gave us great recs on nearby restaurants and hiking trails. After that personal touch, we all...

"I booked this stay as a birthday gift for my son. He and his fiancé stayed for 2 nights/3 days. They absolutely enjoyed there stay. The place was clean and just like the pictures displayed. They had an issue with the code not working to enter the property, Don the host got in touch with us immediately and even refunded some money for the inconvenience! I will definitely be booking again for my daughters birthday!!"

"Just a quick weekend with my family. We had a wonderful time, my kids had fun playing board games and watching movies with their cousins. We walked to the beach, although, it was cold but it was lovely. It was definitely a wonderful trip. Would do it again. "

"This is our third time staying at this property and we LOVE it. This fits our needs and preferences so perfectly. The location is great for those wanting to head into New Buffalo as it is just a short drive away. Love the ability to have access to a pantry area to tuck in all of the items we tend to bring with which helps to keep things neat and tidy, tucked away. There is also the extra bonus of having a garage to pull in. So love that during any messy weather!"

"This cottage was a lovely place for a weekend getaway for 3 adult siblings, spouses, and our dogs. The house was very clean and had an open floorplan that was conducive to visiting and playing board games. The kitchen was very thoroughly equipped. While the cottage is clearly geared towards summer rental, it was also lovely in the winter. "This was a 4 day getaway to relax. While there is no water view from the property, a short walk and some steps led us to the perfect semiprivate beach. There were umbrellas, chairs and 2 kayaks available to use. Despite it being mid September, the water was swimmable and the temps were high 80s. "We had a great time at this property in New Buffalo. The location was great - just know that in order to get to the beach and downtown, you need to walk around the marina. There is no cut through. The house was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of starter supplies like towels, shampoo, dish soup, etc. The house didn’t include basic pantry items, but the listing was very clear on what was included and what wasn’t. The hot tub was fantastic - it was extremely clean and functional!...

"Not able to get into the house until 30 mins after check-in time due to the cleaning staff. When we did walk in, the house had a bad odor, like wet dog, or a dirty wet mop. Our children were so excited to use the swimming pool/hot tub, but when we arrived, both were unusable and the outside sitting area was a complete mess. The pool was filled with debris and a greenish color. There was mold/scum all over the steps/entrance into the pool that we had to scrub ourselves. The hot tub smelled like...

"This was the second time we stayed at this house. It is well appointed and in a good location. We will definitely stay there again."

"It was great for a winter weekend getaway. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna so no word on that. We also couldn’t view the wildlife. But the pinball machine and massage chair were amazing for the indoor activity. No dead bolt and we couldn’t figure out where the pop machine was. BUT we have already booked it again for the spring and summer. It was small, as listed. It was clean with fresh linen. We look forward to checking out the hot tub and beach next time. "

"Our stay was good. The room service menu was pleasing and the pricing was good. I give the room service workers 10/10. The pillows were not to my liking. That’s my only complaint. Overall it was a nice stay and we will be staying again. "

"Love this Place 💗 I usually stay here for the Hot Tub rooms,which are Really Nice! This time I took the Grandsons to go swimming and the Only complaint I have is I wish the pool was warmer or the fireplace was on to heat up the swimming area. "
