"Beautiful mountain setting, horse pasture out front. Friendly, helpful staff. Had to figure out why wi-fy wasn't working. Had to bring our own Keurig. Couldn't get to streaming tv. Tiny kitchen, few dishes."

Kathleen shared a book of recommended restaurants and activities in the area, and they both were so kind and thoughtful in handling the cancellation of our booking due to a natural disaster. Judith responded right away and allowed to us to book on juat a few hours notice. The guest house was cute and cozy, with so many extras (snacks, drinks, detergent, etc.). "We booked the Cabin before we knew that the hurricane Helene would hit the area. I must point out that for the whole week before we arrived, Roy (owner) was in contact with us and helped us and brought us all the options. We decided that we did want to come, and it was the best decision we made. May gave us all the information and was in contact with us during our stay. The location is graet there is a magnificent view . I highly recommend visiting we definitely will visit again. Thank you Roy...

"The house is clean and the outdoor areas are private. It sits in a small yard in the woods on a steep hillside with a creek across the traffic-free road. We enjoyed sitting on a rock in the creek and watching our dog explore. The inside was roomy enough for two plus a small dog, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook.
