Located in the middle of the top 2 places to visit in South Florida, "South Beach" and "Fort Lauderdale". Both 15-20 min drive. Both are a must to visit. You will be walking distance to the beach and conveniently just steps from supermarkets (including Walmart), fine dining, shopping, casino, banks.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to our heated pool, perfectly located next to the Intracoastal, where you can relax and watch boats pass by—keep an eye out for manatees if you’re lucky! You can also enjoy the Fitness Center and dine at the Beachwalk Bistro on the first floor.

Helpful Tip: the elevators can get quite busy during peak hours, especially around check-in (4 PM) and checkout (11 AM). During these times, waits might be a little longer than usual. If you plan your timing accordingly—perhaps arriving or departing outside of these hours—you’ll avoid the rush and enjoy a smoother experience.

Walking distance to the beach! and conveniently located just steps from supermarkets (including Walmart), fine dining, shopping, casino, banks etc..

Getting Around:
Transportation to the beach is easy and convenient with a complimentary trolley/van running from sunrise to sundown, providing free rides to and from Hallandale Beach.

The building is perfectly located near South Florida’s best shopping centers, dining spots, beaches, and state parks—all within close proximity.

While a car isn’t necessary for getting around, the building does have a garage for those with rental vehicles.

Hourly Rates:
0-3 hours: $13 + tax
Every additional hour: $8 + tax
1-Day $35

Nightly Rates:
Between 1 and 7 nights is $28 + tax per night
Between 8 and 14 nights is $25 + tax per night
Between 15 and 21 nights is $20 + tax per night
21 days and beyond is $15 + tax per night.

Please note: The building charges a resort fee based on the length of stay, which will be paid upon arrival:

$30 per night for stays of 1–6 nights
$25 per night for stays of 7–15 nights
$20 per night for stays of 15–29 nights
$300 per month for stays of 30 nights or more, plus $10 per additional day beyond 30 days
Additionally, a $250 security deposit will be required upon check-in, which will be refunded following your stay, pending inspection.

To ensure availability for all our guests we are unable to modify reservations once they are already made.
