Welcome to our fantastic space, spanning approximately 1,800 sq ft! Immerse yourself in the convenience of fiber optic high-speed internet complemented by a reliable Wi-Fi Mesh for seamless connectivity.
Bedrooms:
Create your ideal work environment with our dedicated workspace area, complete with an office desk in one of the bedrooms. Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a luxurious King size bed with a memory foam mattress, adorned with 100% cotton bed linen. Discover comfort in the second and third bedrooms, each adorned with cozy Queen size beds boasting memory foam mattresses and high-quality cotton bed linen. Refresh in the two clean, modern, and sanitized bathrooms.
Outdoors:
Step into the privacy of your backyard oasis, boasting a large pool, BBQ grill, sun loungers, and ample seating areas. Enjoy poolside drinks and dining with our outdoor dinnerware.
Living:
Relax in the living room, furnished with a full-size sofa and a smart TV, providing access to your favorite shows on Netflix or YouTube via the Roku Sound System.
Kitchen:
Take advantage of our in-house Miele washer and dryer for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen awaits, featuring appliances such as a large fridge with an icemaker, stove, microwave, oven, Ninja© blender, and a coffee machine.

Guest Access:
2 Parking spots available in the driveway and additional free parking on the street. Guest will have access to the entire home, including the pool, BBQ grill, backyard and laundry machines. Please, make yourself at home.

Coral Way is a vibrant neighborhood in Miami that has a lot to offer visitors. Here are some highlights:
Miracle Mile: This is a popular shopping and dining district in Coral Way. You can find a variety of stores, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes here.
Venetian Pool: This historic pool was built in 1924 and is one of the most unique swimming spots in the country. It is fed by natural spring water and features waterfalls, caves, and a sandy beach.
Coral Way Scenic Drive: This stretch of road is designated as a historic district and features beautiful architecture, lush landscaping, and stunning views of the city.
Miami Museum of Science and Planetarium: This museum features interactive exhibits on science, technology, and the natural world. The planetarium offers shows on astronomy and space exploration.

The home is only a 10min ride from the airport, 15min drive to Key Biscayne and depending on traffic, 30min to Miami Beach.

-Miami has tropical weather where mosquitos can be present; we advise that you keep the doors and windows closed to avoid letting in those uninvited guests.
-2x free Soft-foam Surfboards available for use at the beach. Surfboards are stored outside in the backyard, under the poolside bedroom window.
*Use of surf boards is at your own risk - No guarantees offered to the equipment quality, safety or functionally. Be sure to use a board leash (one leash provided) and a personal life jacket. The user assumes all risks from use and has made their own assessment of the gear with adequate surfing and surfboard knowledge. If in doubt don’t go out – otherwise have fun!
-Enjoy the pool to the fullest keeping your family safe. Do not use glass around the pool. We have provided pool-safe dinnerware. Keep in mind that there is no lifeguard on duty. Make sure to always keep an eye on children; adults are responsible for the safety of children and themselves. An USCG approved emergency flotation device is provided easily accessible on the house wall closest to the pool if needed as well as a door alarm.

I will be available 24/7 but provide our guest ample space to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
