Viking custom fridge (to match kitchen cabinets) an outdoor kitchen decked out with mini fridge and gas grill, perfect for entertaining. 5 bedrooms include both an expansive master and junior master upstairs; downstairs are 3 bedrooms as well as a movie theater that doubles as an additional sleeping space with adjacent full bathroom. An electric and eceletic game room contains both pool and foosball tables as well as a flatscreen tv to catch all the games. Sonos speakers, LED mood lighting and custom artwork fill the entire property offering an unmatched entertaining experience.

Guest has access to all of the house, yard and tiki hut with the exception of the tree house, garage and storage-shed.

Any gathering in excess of 20 guests needs to be approved in writing and carries an additional charge of $50-$100 per person per day as well as additional staff for cleaning, security and parking.
Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum from 10pm - 9am.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ANYWHERE IN THE HOME OR ON THE PREMISES UNLESS AGREED UPON IN WRITING. ANY EVENTS CARRY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AND WITHOUT PERMISSION WILL BE A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE BOOKING POLICY HEREIN. Your violation will come with an immediate notice to vacate the property, served for any party, noise or police complaint. Any fine levied against the landlord by the Police or City related to tenants’ conduct (noise/music/parties/disruptive behavior) will be billed to tenant and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.

Any cited noise violation carries during the stay carries the maximum possible City fine of up to $5,000.00 which will be taken from the deposit.

Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in. Guest that books must be the one checking in.

No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.

Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. Absolutely no revving the engine and speeding down the street, no more than 2 cars in driveway.

No outside music/DJ equipment. Breaking of any of these rules will be immediate grounds for removal and loss of deposit with zero refund given. This is a quiet family neighborhood and please act accordingly.
