Summary:
These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

The Space:
LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BATHROOM: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline.

FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

Cockroach Infested
We were two families and booked our stay with 2 side-by-side apartments at the end of August. I won't ramble on but I do want people, especially those with young children, to be aware of the downfalls of renting in this apartment building. We booked a 7 day stay and had to relocate on day 4 because of cockroaches that swarmed our kitchen. We noticed them from the very beginning and PM was notified but I was adamant on not ruining our vacation. On the 4th morning, a swarm of 40 crawled out behind the kitchen wall and out of the coffee machine. We packed up our bags and moved to Marenas. It was extremely frustrating because we were no longer right next to the other family we were vacationing with, we had to spend another $3,500 on new accommodations and we were traveling with our 18 month old and MIL. Needless to say, it ruined our trip. We had issues with the toilets, the AC, the kitchen appliances, the patios were disgusting to the point that we were never able to use them. There were many issues. I brought it up with management and even though they were very responsive, they refused to provide a full refund. We received roughly $600US refund from them after a lot of back and forth which I was not satisfied with. Nevertheless, this property has a lot of potential but it is in dire need of renovations and upgrades. Until then, know that this is not more than a 2 star accommodation and plan accordingly.

Needs a good scrub and better issue management
I don't typically leave reviews but felt it necessary after my stay. Booked this property with my family for a 4 night stay to visit the beaches. There was 12 of us so the two 2 BR units worked well. Less than 12 hours after checking in, the AC in one of our units stopped working (on a 95 degree day) and ceiling flooding began in the master BR and bath. I contacted service line immediately to report the problems, around 10 am. They assured me that it would be taken care of ASAP so my family and I headed to the beach. Around 3 pm, I called again and was told that this was a priority for management and was getting resolved. Called again around 6 pm and received the same response. Around 10 pm, after not receiving any word of completion, I called AGAIN and was told that maintenance would not be able to fix the issue that day. This was after multiple calls from me and being led to believe the issue would be fixed while we were at the beach. The operator offered to relocate my family and I to other properties 30 minutes away! After some back and forth, she finally offered to put us in another unit. The other unit was very dingy. From the bedding to stains on the walls. Our original unit also had an issue with the TVs not working on the first day. Overall, I was very disappointed not only with the AC and leaking issues, but the lack of communication from property managers and cleanliness issues. I still haven't received confirmation for the partial refund that was offered.
