The Neighborhood:
Our property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. An 8-minute scenic drive, covering a distance of 3 miles via the causeway, will lead you to South Beach. There, you can bask in the sight of glamorous cruises docked at The Port of Miami on your right and gaze across to Star Island, the residence of the rich and famous, on your left. A leisurely stroll down Lincoln Road Mall, a 10-block stretch at the heart of South Beach, will indulge your shopping and dining desires. Be sure not to miss the iconic Art Deco architecture lining historic Ocean Drive, just opposite the stunning beaches. As the sun sets, South Beach transforms into a lively nightlife hub, offering an endless array of bars and clubs to choose from.

The Grand is conveniently situated a mere 5 minutes away from Wynwood, Miami's coolest and trendiest neighborhood. Renowned for its captivating murals, vibrant bars, delectable restaurants, and unique shopping boutiques and galleries, Wynwood beckons with its diverse blend of culture, art, and cuisine, making it an essential destination for any Miami visitor.

Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination, is a short 2 miles south of The Grand. This luxury outdoor shopping complex sprawls across several blocks and boasts an impressive array of designer stores, boutiques, and specialty shops. Within its precincts, you'll also discover some of Miami's top-rated dining establishments and bars, ranging from cozy cafes to chic rooftop lounges. Whether you're in the mood for an extravagant shopping spree or a night out on the town, Brickell City Center caters to every preference.

Heading 2 miles north of The Grand, you'll encounter the Design District, an absolute haven for fashion enthusiasts, with its exceptional collection of designer stores and boutiques. Getting Around:
Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.

At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, we can set you up with residential parking:
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay (only for reservations 21 days or longer). Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

***Parking for reservations less than 21 days- Opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.

Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.

Other Things to Note:
BOOKING RULES
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.

Must-Read Before Booking:
***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.


***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirements.

NO SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.

CHECK IN
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.

CHECK OUT
The check-out is 11am.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.

MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.

LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

PARKING RULES
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.

*** PARKING DISCLAIMER:
Please ensure you submit your IDs, car details, and parking receipts by 2 PM, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the administrative office closes at 4:30 PM and is not available on weekends. Any IDs, parking receipts, and car details submitted after administrative hours on the arrival date will require guests to use valet parking at their own discretion until the administrative office opens again as all parking slots are managed by the building.

When you first arrive with your vehicle, proceed to the residents’ parking garage and stop at the ramp. Ring the intercom and let the attendant know that you are a new tenant and that you need to get the parking sticker. They will open the gate and you will then proceed to the P2 level to have your parking sticker installed. Just tell them your name and your unit number. Once the sticker is installed you can park anywhere on the P6 level.

*** RECEIVING PACKAGES:
Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay. To ensure the safety of your package, please ensure that its arrival date falls within the duration of your stay. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after a guest's stay.
Additionally, please be aware that you will need the unit number for the delivery address. For security reasons, this information will only be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

BUILDING RULES
-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.

Good place for a great price!!!
Apartment was spacious and the view was great. The pictures of the property give a very accurate sense of the apartment. Living area and bedroom were both very comfortable. Apartment overall was clean, but on arrival there were a few things that were a little grimy (dishes all needed a run through the dishwasher/terrace table hadn't been cleaned) and there were several missing lightbulbs through out the apartment , but for $180 a night we were fine doing a little bit to get the place tidied up. Jay was good about answering questions before the trip and we found the staff at the condo to be very friendly and helpful. The gym not only had good cardio machines, but a sizable variety of free weights and machines. The condo looks out on the water, is just a short Uber ride to South beach and is in walking distance to the galleries and restaurants in Wynwood. There also is a supermarket just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.
