We’re located in a strategic location, 7min drive to Miami Beach, 20min drive to South Beach, 15min drive to Bal Harbour Shops, 20min drive to Miami Design District, 25min drive to Downtown Miami.
-PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop in the corner of the building) connecting to almost anywhere in Miami.
-FREE TROLLEY RIDE: Nearest stop is right outside the building (Island Market).
Other Things to Note:
- As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to provide that service at an extra cost if needed.
- Please note there is a one-time resort fee of $15/ per person +taxes (if you pay with credit card there is extra 4% fee)
-Parking permit must be displayed on the dashboard at all times or the car will be towed at owner's expense. (must register at the front desk)
House Rules:
- Smoking violation fee of $250.00.
- Late checkout fee of $40.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM.
- Guest must pay a full extra night if they stay past 12:15 PM.
- Quiet enjoyment. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. In order to provide quiet enjoyment for all guests in the property, disturbing the quiet enjoyment of any other guest in the building or surrounding neighbors is forbidden. The guest is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am on weekdays and from 10pm -10 am on weekends.

The Climate & Bugs
Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay.

Guests can always reach us via call/text/Airbnb between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Guests will receive the stayplus contact number upon check in time.
