Located on Southern Broward County Florida on Hallandale Beach, next to the Intracoastal Waterway, Beachwalk Resort offers an outdoor pool and free WiFi. A 9-minute walk away is an entrance to the beach.

Our three bedroom and three bathroom apartment will provide you with everything you need to feel at home. Great for families or friends traveling together. It features contemporary Italian furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious living room.
Master bedroom w/bath, second bedroom with full bathroom for Guest. Over sized balconies feature stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean with same views in the adjoining bedrooms and living room area. Windows have Roller Shades on Living Room and Black Out Shades at Rooms.

Bedding: The master bedroom features a king bed, the second and Third bedroom features one Queen size beds each and additional sleeping Sofa twin size. Unit includes towels, linens and a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen perfect for cooking great meals during your stay. Unit includes Free WiFi and Cable Television.

Due to new hotel licensing regulations required by the city of Hallandale, the Beachwalk Resort will begin applying a daily resort fee of 30 USD + TAX for all new bookings made after October 21, 2024. This fee is intended to enhance our guest experience by ensuring improved services and facility maintenance. Reservations made before October 21, 2024, will not be subject to this fee, but any bookings made after that date will be charged accordingly.

You'll enjoy free access to the gym, lobby pool (private or shared) and beach. The rooftop pool is for owners only, not currently available for guests. The beach is located less than 5 minutes away from the building. There are shuttles available in the lobby to take you to the Beach, Gulfstream Park (Horse Racing, Casino, Mall, Restaurants) and Aventura Mall. (Please ask for schedule information at the Front Desk). If you're looking to buy groceries, there's a Walmart store (Supermarket and a lot of everything) across the street and a Publix Supermarket 2 blocks away. There's plenty of restaurants nearby...

Hallandale Beach is a part of the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood media market, which is the 12th largest radio market and the 17th largest television market in the United States. Its primary daily newspapers are the South Florida-Sun Sentinel and The Miami Herald, and their Spanish-language counterparts El Sentinel and El Nuevo Herald. The Broward-Palm Beach New Times, an alternative weekly, is widely available around the city. Hallandale Beach has its own newspaper, The South Florida Sun-Times which is published weekly.

A free community minibus service, operated by the city of Hallandale Beach, also operates on four routes within the city limits and neighboring areas of Hollywood and Aventura.

Just a friendly reminder, during your stay, please follow the house rules: -Treat the apartment like your own house, **** this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.*****
- Try to leave the Unit in the same conditions in which you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several shops located within walking distance.
- Take out the garbage, wash the dishes or put them in the dishwasher already cleaned on your way out. THERE IS A $60 GARBAGE FINE
-Take care of Sheets and Towels (the towels are not to clean the countertop or the kitchen)
-This is a NON-smoking unit! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
-No pets allowed. If we find out you bring a pet, THERE IS A $400 FINE.
-The guest is responsible for any damage in the apartment.
-The rate includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the premises excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
-Does not include daily maid service. Additional cleaning is available for an additional charge upon request.

-Entrance: after 4:00 p.m.
-Departure time: 11 a.m.

The complex reserves the right of admission and permanence of the guests, being able to expel any guest who is in a situation of non-compliance with the rules of the building. If guests are kicked out for breaking the rules, we are not responsible for that action and no refund will apply. You are duly notified.

In the event that the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, blood-stained towels, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. Without exceptions.

Facility Updates: The restaurant is currently closed. Elevator use may be delayed in higher seasons. The pool will have reduced open hours from monday to friday for specific repairs until August. On weekends it works normally.
THE HOUSE RULES: • NO SMOKING POLICY : Please refrain from smoking inside the apartments and common areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $200. • MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: the maximum number of guests allowed in each unit is as stated in the reservation. Exceeding this limit is not permitted. • NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Respect your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise that may disturb other guests. Please keep quiet especially during nighttime hours. • EVENT PROHIBITION: Parties or events are not allowed in the units or common areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $175. • TOILET: It is important not to flush paper, intimate towels, wipes, or other products down the toilet as it can clog the pipes, causing serious and costly problems. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $150. • TRASH: Please dispose of garbage in the designated trash room next to the elevators. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines of up to $60. • BALCONIES: Do not leave balcony doors open for extended periods of time. • SMOKE DETECTORS: Do not touch the smoke detectors. Any damage to these devices will result in a fine. • POOL TOWELS: Pool towels will be provided for your use. Please return them where you found them • USE OF HOUSEHOLD ÍTEMS: The household items inside the units are available for your use during your stay. Please do not take any furniture or tableware outside of the unit. • FURNITURE AND LINENS: Any damage or stains to the furniture, facilities or linens in the unit will result in a fine, the amount of which will depend on the damage caused. • TV: If you encounter any issues with the TV system, please contact front desk for assistance.
