The space
The Stay Urbane unit is a Private 1 bedroom/1bath apartment with the basic amenities to make your stay comfortable. This unit has 2 twin beds and a full size pull out sofa in the living room and sleeps 3 comfortably. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom that offer streaming services. Basic essentials and toiletries are provided.
Guest access
We have a private off street parking lot available for your vehicle, but the location is an easy uber/lyft ride away from many of the major attractions such as South Beach, The arts and entertainment district, Wynwood, Brickell, The design District Miami and Ft. Lauderdale international airports, the port of Miami, the FTX arena, and Bayside Marketplace to name a few.
In terms of public transportation we have 2 Metrorail stations (The Culmer station and The Overtown/Lyric Theater station), and the Brightline train station all within a 10 minute walk of the building. The Miami Trolley also has a route through Overtown; and there is a free service called Freebee that is a free form of transportation around the local area.
There is a common coin laundry for use by all of the residents. $1.50 for washer, $1.50 for dryer.
All outdoor areas are available for use by guest. Feel free to smoke in the outdoor areas only. In unit smoking is $500 Fine.
Other things to note
The building is a mix of short, medium, and long term rentals. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm -7am.
Smoking in the unit will incur an additional $500 cleaning fee.
