"This place is great! Close to Salem and just a train ride to Boston. Quiet neighborhood and close to local stores and restaurants. I stay there with my husband, Aunt and cousin all in our seventies. This is not a place for seniors or people with disabilities. The entrance you have stairs to the porch and steep stairs to the the apartment which made it hard for us. I don’t know if this is normal for this part of the country.But overall the place was nice and well stocked. Suggestion: "

"I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning...

"My partner and 2 friends stayed at this quaint and cute place. It provided a good setting to spend with friends and had the basic necessities. We did feel like there were certain things missing, ex, a fan, and small little touches. These things wouldn't impact your stay, however, it was something that stayed with us. It was a great place for 2 couples or 2 individuals. Thank you so much for a great getaway and a cute town. I would consider staying again in the future."

"Property was clean and quiet, easily accessible with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Bathroom is very small with SMALL standup shower. Excellent kitchen but only 1 TV in whole unit. Overall location was nice with access to beach very close. "

"Nothing about this apartment was comfortable the kitchen had no pots or pans for cooking, no table and chairs to eat, the bed/mattress was uncomfortable,bedding smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burns on the blanket, blinds were broken, restroom tiles were cracked, shower curtain smelled of cigarettes , a train close by made a lot of noise all through the night, no access to the Wi-Fi only had password but not name. "We found this property to be neat, and clean. Centrally located. Easy check-in & check-out. The downside is the parking, not enough spots for each guest. The first night we got a ticket for parking across the street."

"We greatly enjoyed staying at this property! The two bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room had everything we needed, the place was spotless, and the back patio was adorable. We could not have been more pleased with the location - safe, quiet street, and walkable to the T, shops, groceries, CVS, restaurants, and green spaces. The host was incredibly communicative and we were well informed throughout our entire visit. We would most definitely stay again!"

"My partner and I decided to celebrate his birthday by going to the beach. This apartment is within walking distance of good restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is clean and neatly organized. It is on the ground floor of a 3-level building, and you can hear the people upstairs walking around. The bed is very soft. We were only in the apartment one night, so these things didn't bother us much. The weather was gorgeous and we had a lovely time. "

"This house was perfect for our stay. The location was amazing! The only real issue was that the trash bin was overfull leaving us with nowhere to put our trash so we had to take it to the transfer station, otherwise it was a very comfortable house."

"Our stay at this place was great. It was everything we needed, plenty big enough, very clean, really comfortable bed. All facilities were good. My contact with the host was good although my first message went to spam and took a little time for a reply, but after that one incident response was quick . Although it is still in salem it is slightly further out we ended up getting an uber a few times. So keep this in mind if you have walking issues. But on the whole our stay was great!!!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my getaway at this VRBO. I felt that it had everything I needed. I’m familiar with the area, so I knew what was available there. The only thing I would mention is that the refrigerator didn’t seem particularly cold. Otherwise, everything was great and I would love to stay again!"
