Great Condo
Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay. Condo was extremely clean and we were even provided with a mid-stay cleaning at no extra charge. Booking was very straightforward and communication throughout the process was outstanding. We would definitely say at this property again as well as book with Vrbo.

Clean and Classy
Property was a breath of fresh air from other VRBO stays. It was clean, smelled good, and had just the right amenities. Although we had a minor situation arise, both Evolve and the owners worked for an amicable solution. I would highly recommend this property and Evolve.

Enjoyable stay
This was a great place to stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, we were able to get around the area pretty easily. It was very clean and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were a couple things I would have like to have had including a cutting board and more bowls. There was a small charcoal grill with pre-lit charcoal provided which did leave a lighter fluid taste on our food after cooked. It would have been nice to to have had grilling utensils available. We did have 2 days where the water was turned off for a few hours due to a water main break, but it really did mot impact us. Overall I would stay there again and happily give it a 5 star review.

Just briefly passing by
Our stay was only for one night as we were driving on a road-trip. But the place was so nice we wish we’d had longer to enjoy it. Super clean & perfect size for our group of 2 couples. Very well stocked as well as very nicely decorated. I’m sure it’s the best place we’ve stayed on our road trip out west.

Well appointed, just like home
This condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms are dark for optimal sleeping and bedding, mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Prompt reply from owners with inquiries. I didn’t check out the gym/pool, so cannot speak to that. We had a dog with us and there is a pet area within a very short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Close to everything, pool and spa were great! We used them every day. Contacted owner about a plumbing issue, it was fixed next day. Would definitely stay here again.

All in all the property was fine but not great. The most significant issue was the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms. There were hairs in both and the drain in the master bedroom was clogged and had certainly been clogged for some time resulting in having to stand in 1-2 inches of water while showering. One other issue that seems to be consistent in the Springs where we have stayed previously is the NBC station picture quality is very poor on the TV's in the living area even though the same channel has a clear picture in the bedrooms.

easy and efficient
We came to Mesquite to golf for 3 days and this condo was perfect for us. Close to golf and set up very efficiently and cozy. We slept well because it was quite. It was also much more fair in its pricing than other places. We would stay here over a hotel anytime and we will be back.

Favorite vacation rental
2nd time staying in this lovely vacation rental! Was beyond excited to see it available again. Bouncing from vacation rental to vacation rental due to waiting for our forever home to close, from September till here we are almost Christmas :( !. This is the only vacation rental where I feel most at home 🌟 and trust me we stayed in quite a few. Plenty of large windows where I had natural light all thru out the day, The beds are luxurious with duvet covers (my favorite) and the best pillows ever. The feeling of waking up in the mornings to coffee beans you get to grind yourself is a vibe. The decor itself tops everything off. And don’t forget your doggie ❣️ I’m so glad I was able to bring my shihtzu as well. Because we were bouncing around, a lot of vacation rentals don’t allow pets so he had to stay at my in laws for the time being outside which he isn’t an outside dog. So my family was super happy to bring him home with us while we can. Perfect for a a few nights stay or even weeks! I definitely recommend!!! I will admit I never write reviews as a I should, but I couldn’t pass this one up. Thank you Haley for the wonderful stay while we experience this crazy journey while we wait for our home to be finished.
