Intern host was very intrusive. He doesn’t believe in modern technology, so his only form of communication is a phone call; no text, no email, no voicemail. It took 17 phone calls to book the place (because he wanted us to change our reservations) get directions there, get the code to the door, dispute the Wi-Fi, check out etc. They didn’t set their booking up correctly and wanted us to cancel our non-refundable trip because they needed hit their 3 day minimum (we booked for 2 nights through the website). Don’t plan on Wi-Fi, they don’t offer it, unless you want to pay extra, which we didn’t find out until we were there and needed Wi-Fi for our work. However, they tried to accommodate the Wi-Fi, but we were given the wrong code and therefore, refused to pay; which at this point he became combative. Many light bulbs were out and the host pushed garbage detail onto us so he wouldn’t hear from the HOA. Hardly relaxing!
