I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. "I went there with my family for a vacation for 7days. The house was great The hot tub in the first day doesn’t was clean the water was in there green and smell bad, but the property owner allows us to change the water. The owner was very friendly , but he has a helper who came to the house around 3-4 times and she lying about everything to the owner from us. She’s not a nice person she was with us very rude. Except this “helper women” our stay was great"

"Considering the amenities, this is more a house than cottage. Very comfortable beds. Truly appreciate things like boxes of tissues, shampoo and conditioner, comfy blankets, tons of glassware, dishes, towels. Clear lake water, no weeds, making for great swimming, kayaking, boating. "The Baldachin Inn is a lovely old property with plenty of character. If you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest asking for a room facing onto the garden, as the main road off the north side of the building gets some traffic noise - in spite of it being a really small town. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff are wonderful. I did not eat in the restaurant on this trip, but have had breakfast there before and it was very good. "
