"My family stayed two nights for a hockey tournament. While this motel needs a reno, it's clean. After a little adjusting and humour about the 70's we leaned in and had a great stay. There were no issues with pests/insects. The mattresses are zipper wrapped with protective casing, nothing getting in or out. I wish all hotels did this. "The rooms are spacious and each one has a view of the bay. There is plenty of room for putting your suitcases and a small sitting area with a table and 2 chairs. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. They upgraded one room to a kitchenette, moved the second room closer to the first and allowed my daughter to have her dog in a non pet room. It is not a fancy hotel but is comfortable and the staff are terrific. I would definitely stay there again. "
