"A lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good as far as hotel food goes, and the service was always quick and with a smile. The room was very clean and absolutely huge. The breakfast was probably the best I had on my trip, with fantastic barista coffee made every morning. Spa was also an absolute treat - incredible value for money and one of the nicest spa treatments I've ever had.
Only slight negatives were the location, which was not easy...

Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et fait maison, et les chambres sont propres et super confortables. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons souhaité revenir pour nos derniers jours au Vietnam. "The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."
"Hotellet ligger 10min sykkelvei fra gamlebyen og stranden, perfekt sted da man får låne sykler på hotellet. Familien som eier og driver stedet gjorde hele vårt opphold! De stiller opp og ordner og fikser, holdt matkurs+lunsj for alle som bodde der pga nyttårsaften. Absolutt beste verten vi har hatt på reisen rundt i Vietnam!"
"Só não foi 10, porque me cobraram caro por um taxi ao aeroporto e ainda por cima tive que dar carona para um funcionário do hotel até a cidade 9 (o que desviou um pouco o caminho) De resto o hotel é perfeito: atendimento, localização, café da manhã e principalmente o quarto/banheiro. Amplo, charmoso e confortavel!"

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was also great, you need to book your breakfast 1 day in advance.
Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
"If we could give more stars we would. Nam you and your team go above and beyond with your customers. Firstly we had booked a River view suite with balcony the room was large very clean and had a bath in it.
We extended our stay as we loved it so much. We were able to move to a Garden View deluxe room with balcony and walk in shower. Room not as big as the suite but very suitable for our needs. No bath but walk in shower, which we preferred.
Breakfast. Ohh my..... So fresh and delicious. You can...
"Loved our stay here. Great location! Access to bicycles was a huge plus, we used them every day. Great breakfast with fresh fruit. they went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The last day, we had to leave early in the morning and they arranged a taxi for us and packed us à wonderful breakfast to go. Can’t recommend them enough. "
