"Snow lake lodge has become my go to spot for lodging when I go up to Big Bear. The condos are clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly and i enjoy using the hot tub after a day of snowboarding."

"The house is roomy and luxurious. The great room is very open and great for entertaining. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms each have en-suite bathroom. We had a wonderful time and have saved the property for next time."

"Great place! Loved the mountain decor and location in upper Moonridge - short short drive to the slopes! Only thing they need to do is sharpen their knives in the kitchen!"

The listing was completely misleading, and everything about the stay was a disaster.To start, the heater broke on one of the coldest nights. "We have stayed at this property many times and always have a great experience. It is clean and well maintained, but more of a rustic style. The location cannot be beat as it is right on the lake, on a quiet street, and a short walk or drive to town. It is more than enough room for our family of 4 and our dog. We always look forward to our next trip!"

"We spent our Christmas week in the cabin with some family. Great experience. Issues that other guests have had are fixed already or fixable with common sense. For instance, the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed is coldest, keep the door open. It took us one night to figure that out. Check the vents to make sure they’re open. "Heater was stuck on 75, could not get anything lower when the ambient temp was 40!!!! The hallways were easily 80 degrees and the restaurant was very short staffed- however! The restaurant manager was AMAZING and he was taking care of all of the customers like I haven't seen before! Bravo for taking charge of a difficult situation and making our experience awesome! Thank you! "
