"This home was very cozy and inviting. So many amenities in the home. One of the best I have stayed in. We will be booking this home again. "

"A friend and I planned a weekend of outdoor winter hiking. This was a great place to make home base. Lots of space, clean, plenty of places to eat nearby, hot water, good shower pressure, tv reception, large table, chairs on small patio, washer and dryer. We didn’t need to use all of it, but if we had a longer stay or came with our family this would accommodate everyone. "

"Unfortunately this unit has mice. They interrupted our dinner together running through the kitchen, under the dining room table and to the couch.. when we retreated upstairs I found the mice must have been in the bed as I had a terrible skin reaction and couldn't stop itching through the remainder of the night. Not sure how well I did on my job interview the next morning. So far no sign of a refund. Stay away from this place."

"I’m really happy with the stay. The space was perfect- quaint and well equipped. The area was close to bars and Starved Rock. I’m eating clean this month, so there wasn’t a lot of food options within walking distance. However, I would’ve been excited to have a cheat meal in the neighborhood. This was my first time in Peru. I’d go back and stay here in a heartbeat. . "

"We stayed at Aneta's villa at the Grand Bear Resort right down the street from Utica, for the 2025 Wine Walk. The place was beautiful, modern and cozy. It was a nice surprise to see how well-equipped the place was. Coming from a recent stay at a popular indoor waterpark in Wisconsin (so triple the price) where there was not even extra toilet paper let alone kitchen utensils - this place had everything you would need for a great stay. Also appreciated Aneta's responsiveness. She always replied...

"Overall great space. Definitely met our needs. Loved having coffee pods available. Loved being in downtown LaSalle.Had to do some deep cleaning of dishwasher and stove heating drawer. Dishwasher full of scale and needed a lot of work to clean before use. Stove drawer had obvious crumbs and grease. Front bedroom bathroom faucet did not work. Spout full of water scale and impeded faucet flow. Suggest deep cleaning every3 months. But loved the space and ambiance."

"My family booked a last minute stay in this unit and we were so very happy with our experience! The unit is clean and well stocked for all of your needs. Our host communicated very well and made a hectic decisions so much smoother! The property as a whole was great! Our son enjoyed the waterpark and the arcade as well as the jacuzzi tub! This property will definitely be saved for the future!"

"Check in was easy&very welcoming, including pet treats, toys&poop bags.I loved that they included dog towels for wet dogs&muddy paws.This was a brief stay on our way back home from a long road trip.With a bit more attention to detail this property could be even better.Couch&chairs could use a deep steam cleaning.They held a little dander odor&kitchen seats had stains.
