"Cottage was in a great location! Easy checkin and check out. Love the proximity to shops, nature and my mother’s house. Had a small issue the first night since it was so hot and the AC wasn’t on before arrival. Despite the quaint space, it took a lot of time for it to cool down to a manageable temperature. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay and especially the outdoor area. The house is very old but with the additions there’s plenty of room for family. The only downfall we both experienced is the location is right off of a busy road making it very loud at night and difficult to stay asleep. The host always decorates in a fun, eclectic way that I enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Overall, the location is very close to many tourist destinations and only a short drive from the restaurants...

"Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!"

"This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it."

"It was absolutely lovely and we felt right at home! The Stoltzfus Family were wonderful hosts, the animals and thriving garden were a joy to behold, the bed(s) were comfy, the kitchen was stocked both necessities and bonuses, and everything was in good working order. This upstairs guest suite provided us out-of-state travelers the perfect blend of functionality and home-spun luxury, which made our rather harried trip's agenda actually feel relaxing."

"We stayed for a long weekend during my sons wedding in West Chester. The farmhouse was perfect, tons of room for multiple generations and family members. The 2 kitchens were great. We also enjoyed to outdoor aspects of the property, the neighborhood was wonderful but you still felt like you were in the country sitting on the patio or even the front porch. Definitely recommend"
