Spacious two bedroom one bath apartment in historic Evergreen. Recently renovated with brand new kitchen and open living area with plenty of room to spread out. Private deck makes for the perfect hangout spot. Walking distance to the Memphis Zoo, Overton Park, Rhodes Collage and Crosstown Concourse. Convenient to downtown and all the Memphis attractions. All the comforts of home.

Nice and lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood
The apartment was spacious and well equiped. Within 10 minutes by car you are downtown Memphis. The neighbourhood is safe and nice, close to the park and nice for an eveningwalk. Would love to come back sometime.

Poor deck entry
Did not like rear entry w steep steps and poor railings. The deck wood and stairs are not sturdy or in great shape. Lighting outside needs improvement. Screen in main entry needs repair. Parking is terrible to navigate. Shower faucet/turn knobs need repair. Bedding was lovely Would have appreciated at least 24 hr notice of door code and not have to email and contact owner to obtain it

Comfortable clean home base in Memphis steps from the zoo.
The apartment is spacious, very clean and neat, and well located. If you want to cook, you’ll have what you need for breakfast and lunch in the big kitchen. Dinner cooking might be a slight challenge, but we were not in Memphis to stay inside in the evenings. The owner was very responsive.Be aware, this is a second floor unit accessed by steep stairs in the back. The lighting here was not great and those you could control were in a timer, so coming home was usually dark. We hade one guest for whom the stairs were a challenge, but we managed.

Very pleasant place to stay!
Quiet location with easy access. GREAT communication with the property owner! Very clean room! The only drawback was the stair-climb up and down to access the place. That won’t keep me from recommending the property, and I hope we get a chance to return!

Relaxing getaway
A relaxing 4 day stay for Elvis week. Even though the heat of Memphis was horrendous, I was able to take advantage of the deck for a few minutes a day. The host was incredibly quick to respond to my messages and answer any question I had.

Nice quiet location, clean, tidy, spacious and comfy beds. Great for visiting local attractions - Gracelands, Sun Studios etc, but you require transport. Host easily contactable. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Overall Wonderful
Kirk was absolutely amazing!! Rental is adorable and we loved it. The only drawback was the listing did not state unit was upstairs. It was extremely difficult to get luggage and medical supplies up 15 steps; however, when I mentioned it to Kirk he said he would have been happy to help us….wish I would have said something immediately but that is my fault for not wanting to be a “Karen”. Kirk was definitely the best host we have ever had and will stay with him again.

St. Jude Marathon Weekend
We were in town for the St.Jude race. Our family of five really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the host left some goodies for us in the fridge. Cute neighborhood and proximity to downtown was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located in Memphis!! We were there to visit my son and see a concert. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, a better host or a better location in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Long weekend getaway at Evergreen Treehouse
What a great place to spend a fun long weekend! Great music, good food, history all within a short distance! Great host providing a ver comfy cozy space-we loved the outside porch great for coffee every morning as well as nighttime relaxing after a sightseeing day. Planning a return trip very soon!!!

Beautiful and convenient!
Our host was great, and the property was immaculate! It was close to many of the attractions we wanted to see, and the check-in process was easy. The only problem we had was that the street name was spelled incorrectly online, so the directions took us in a different direction. The host was gracious, and guided us in, so it wasn't a huge deal. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and recommend it to others!

My New Memphis Home
This property is exactly what you are reading! Parking and the door/entrance are actually on the back of the house, accessible from the side street. That’s about the only thing I didn’t already know when I programmed my gps nearly 600 miles away. Wifi is easy. Hot water is abundant (one bathroom w/multiple people had me worried), so no worries there. Amenities are abundant. I can’t think of a single thing we needed and didn’t have. Lastly, this house is literally 10-12 min away from EVERYTHING you could possibly need in Memphis. The location is so quiet and peaceful… you forget you’re in the middle of a big city.
