"We had a great time. The home was clean & space for 8woman was good. It’s was in a great spot close to NorthConway if you want to venture out. The price for the spot was good. The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything."

"The view was outstanding. And the location was great. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub at the rec center and the nice little walk in the woods to get there (and that is was only 3min away if you didn't want to walk). So much to do around the area and the host was very responsive. However it is a little more rustic than the photos make it seem and a little musty. The bed I had wasn't all that comfy but I moved to one of the bunk beds and slept well there. FYI: It's $100 to have the trash removed...

"We liked our experience at this cabin and it allowed us to do great activities in the White mountains (my spouse, myself and our dog). The cabin is super cozy and confortable with the heating and AC units. However, we noted 3 downsides that can't give the 5 star review : - General cleanliness was okay, but not great. A good portion of the dishes and cookware were pretty dirty and we had to do a lot of dishes upon arrival. - We wanted to use the kayaks on the lake, but we were just not able to...

"This house was a great stay for a long weekend. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked so making meals at home was great. The firepit was awesome and having a propane grill was nice for a cookout. The only downfall was a slow draining bathtub/shower and no towels being offered. I would totally stay again! "

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"My husband, son and I all enjoyed our stay at the very clean and cozy cabin. The pond is only a 2 minute walk and everything you need to enjoy it was provided. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck in the morning and fires in the firepit at night."

"We had a nice stay at the cottage - it was cute and comfortable. Due to a rainy week, we didn't get to enjoy the beach or fire pit until our last day, but what nice little perks. We never figured out the beach pass situation, though. We went to the HOA office but they were closed. There is no laundry onsite despite the listing saying there is.
