"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). "We had a wonderful week at Langrig. Perfect setting, nestled by the beautiful Eildon Hills. The accommodation was excellent, for my mum, in particular, as she has mobility issues. Rob was extremely helpful and welcoming too. It is clear that the whole estate is well managed and maintained with the guests in mind. We will definitely be back."

"Fantastic property. 16 of us for a family birthday. Lots of different spaces so we werent on top of each other all the time. The teens really enjoyed the games room. It was also great having all of us round the huge dining table. Location is ideal so we walked in to Galashiels and also in to tweedbank , no need to get in the car. "

"La maison est très grande,bien organisée.Chacun avait son propre domaine.Les chambres sont agréables.Le matelas au salon est cependant bien mou.Le barbecue a servi dans le joli patio.On est à 10mn à pied du centre de Kelso,jolie petie ville aux très nombreux commerces accueillants,bien située dans les Borders et entourée d'abbayes superbes ,surtout celle de Dreyburg ,et de beaux paysages.On envisage déjà de revenir.Merci Nikky."

"Comfortable cottage with roaring wood stove. We were surprised by a morning of snow which added to the beauty. Kim, our host was the best, helping us when needed, even suppling candles at last minute when a predicted windstorm threatened power outage which luckily never came. "

"Great central location from which to explore the Borders region from Bamburgh to Melrose ; from the Alnwick Gardens to Edinburgh. After a great day exploring to return to our quiet countryside cottage for a relaxing glass while watching the sunset over the hills as the the horses enjoying a late night snack in the paddock and the swifts and bats doing tricks was wonderful . "We found the home to be a very nice size with ample room for us. The recent upgrades and renovations were very well done. We did have a bit of difficulty navigating the one way streets for the parking situation. Parking lot across the street was close and free during our stay which was very good. Parking nearly by on the street would have been a challenge. The property was in an area urban renewal. Was well within an easy walk to the High Street. "

"There was everything you could need in the property and it was absolutely spotless. It was close to the river and scenic walks and very peaceful given its proximity to the high street. The bed was possibly the comfiest, cosiest Ive ever slept in! Julie was very attentive and allowed me a later check out time as no one else was checking in the same day. "

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gardner’s House!! Henrietta is a host that goes above and beyond for her guests.
