The home has three bedrooms and two full baths. The hallway bath is a shower-tub combo and the master ensuite is a walk-in shower.

Guest access
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with a code. The house is set up completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway closet and garage (other than washer and dryer).

The space
Our backyard oasis hosts a large private pool and relaxing hot tub surrounded by a patio area - perfect for sunbathing and lounging. The entire area is securely fenced, offering safety and privacy, while Edison lights create a magical atmosphere after dusk.

Well-equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances and a generous stock of cookware, making meal preparation an absolute pleasure. The living area boasts a striking mid-century modern piano, inviting you to showcase your musical talents during your stay.

A 75" TV in the living room allowes you access to all your favorite personal subscriptions. The master also has a TV.

A dedicated laundry room, complete with a full-sized washer and dryer. Additionally, this space houses an assortment of beach gear and pool toys for all your water activity needs.

Each of the bedrooms is uniquely decorated:
- Kingbird Room: Luxurious King-sized bed
- Bamboo Room: Tranquil, nature-inspired room with a cozy Queen-sized bed
- Space Room: A fun place to drift away, furnished with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed
