Glen Shian Beach House presents a magnificent re-modeled modern oasis, framed by commanding distant Melbourne city and ocean views. Enjoy water views, a dip in the designer solar heated pool, a short walk to the beach or relaxing in style amongst colourful and sophisticated decor and design which embodies a sense of tasteful luxury. The deluxe post modern decor and careful attention to detail found at every corner sets this holiday haven apart from all others of the same period. You would be forgiven for thinking you were relaxing in a holiday haven at Palm Springs.
Set on one acre within large manicured grounds, this gorgeous home includes a pristine “heart-shaped” self-cleaning solar heated swimming pool. Sun lounges and adjacent pool retreat with self contained bedroom and kitchen, covered alfresco dining area create complete holiday ambiance. This continues on the top balcony with louvre windows which open up from the kitchen space to extend the view and invite incredible seashore and local bird life sounds in. Guests will also adore relaxing in the sunshine in one of the stylish outdoor chairs on this upper balcony. At night, you can relax with your friends and family by the fire pit. This home exudes warmth and sophistication with modern amenities at every turn.
A colourful and sophisticated decor and design embody a sense of tasteful luxury at Glen Shian Beach House. The property features an open plan kitchen with butlers pantry, a dumb waiter (perfect for traveling groceries from the garage below up to the kitchen), a separate study/sofa bedroom, an open fireplace, two living spaces on two levels, a swimming pool, a cabana and an outdoor dining area perfect for alfresco entertaining. Create an excellent meal in your fully equipped kitchen or enjoy canapes or a light meal as an alternative.
A total of five deluxe private bedrooms (four with ensuites with one being housed in the poolside cabana) accommodates up to ten guests at Glen Shian Beach House. (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings. We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this. A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.
