4 Bedroom Cozy Getaway Pool house in the Heart of Melbourne

This home is ten minutes from the beach, five minutes from Wickham Park, one hour from Orlando, and close to some great spots to eat and hang out! There is a beautiful fenced in private pool in the backyard with chairs and a grill to relax and an updated open kitchen with extra counter space. All of the appliances you need, and the kitchen comes ready with pots, pans, a coffee machine, and microwave. Four bedrooms with three queen beds and a 1 full beds, so you can comfortably sleep eight people at this house.

Great stay for the whole family
My family and I came into town for a wedding and the place was perfect. To get ready and to rest. The host was very responsive and communicated any necessary updates. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House & location!
Perfect, cozy home. The backyard was perfect for the family to swim and cookout! House includes everything you’d need (towels, beach towels, wash cloths, etc..) location was wonderful with lots of beaches and wonderful seafood! Would HIGHLY recommend!

This property was exactly as described! There were small minor concerns and heard back immediately. Property was very comfortable for everyone and had everything that was needed and more. The pool was amazing. I will definitely rent this property again when visiting family.

The house was great. We very much enjoyed our stay. Quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach and many great restaurants and shopping. The host was quick to respond. Which made our stay easy from the outside when we first arrived I thought this house was going to be tiny. It was not it was very spacious and well laid out. One of our better stays enjoyed it completely. Thank you so much

Great Location, Nice House, Great Stay
The house was clean, comfortable, and as described. The pool was great. The neighborhood is a little run-down but we felt safe. The location is great with easy access to Wickem Road, 192, Eue Galle, and US1, We added this one to our favorite list. The only problem was we got some incorrect information in our welcome email from Vrbo. The owner quickly resolved this.

Perfect for Us
We loved staying here. The pool was amazing and where we spent most of our time because my kiddos (age 11 and 4) prefer the pool over the beach. It was such a short drive to the beach and other local shops/restaurants. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back.

Work Trip

It was okay.
When we arrived @4:15 pm on Sunday, we started putting our things away. I noticed that 1 bed was not made and bath towels were not there. I was taken back by the collection of condiments left in the refrigerator and food items, including a bag of molded bread in the pantry left from previous guest. I messaged the owner about the bath towels not provided as stated in the VRBO property description. The response was that the towels were not ready and would be delivered soon. They were delivered, while we were away from the property. As an VRBO owner myself, I know I have the right to enter the property, but with notice to the tenant. I was surprised to see that someone had entered the house while we were not there. Both of the bathrooms had large shampoo and body wash ... left over from previous guest...? In this time of COVID-19, travelers want to know that the unit was cleaned throughly. I was having my doubts that cleanliness was high priority. The huge TV in the living room was never used because there wasn’t a remote to turn it on..... well not until mid stay when we found the remote in the couch cushions. The living room and dining area was large and open which was great when the grandkids came over after school for a few hours every day. Beds were comfortable. The pool looked nice, but it was too chilly to use... that’s January though.
