Located in a quiet neighborhood. Equipped with the essentials to ensure everyone will have an enjoyable stay. You will enjoy the use of a clean and comfortable home. Less than 10 min away you can shop and eat local at one of the twenty plus restaurants in town. Experience a colorful sunset from Melbourne Beach Pier or on the Indialantic Boardwalk. Visit the Eau Gallie arts district's outdoor murals and before going home remember to visit Joan's Perfect Pie for the best deserts.

The home comfortably accommodates 6 people. Relax in the central AC or in the outdoor covered patio during your stay. We also provide portable fans if you wish to have more air circulation in the home during your stay.

The main room has a king bed, the secondary room has a queen bed, and the third room has two twin beds. The main room has blackout shades to enjoy a nap during the day. You will find USB charging stations in all rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to prepare your morning coffee or tea.

We provide a washer and dryer for use during your stay. Laundry detergent is provided and other essentials are available for your personal use.

Parking is available on the property for two vehicles. Other vehicles can park on the street.

Only you and your family will have access to the property during your stay. You can park your behicle on the side of the property and enter from the front door. You will need a code to enter the home which will be provided the day of your reservation. You can be sure you will be uninterrupted during your stay but are available when needed. Occupancy: maximum of 6 people including children

We use security cameras at all entrances to ensure your safety. The cameras are not being monitored.
Animals - Service animals allowed after paying a $50 fee. Any other animals found will also be charged a pet fee of $50.

Events/Gatherings - No events/gatherings of any kind. Only the people on the reservation should be at the home after hours.

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes not allowed in the home.

In compliance with the Melbourne city ordinance; no loud music, voices, or sounds between the hours of 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.. Please be courteous and do not disturb our neighbors during these times.

Check-in time begins at 3 pm with access code
Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. additional fees will be charged for late checkouts

Maximum number of guests is 6. Additional guests need to be approved and a $45/night fee will be applied per night.
