"We had the most amazing stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect! The balcony and 2 rooms had amazing views of the beach, and we could hear the waves at night in the bedroom. Its such a close walk from the condo to the beach, which made life easy - and the beach was not busy or crowded. The pool was a wonderful feature, and was also clean and relaxing. "The inside of the house was as shown. However, the property itself isn't as nice. The water has a bad smell, even after letting it run a while (as we were told to do after mentioning it). Had to buy several gallons of water to drink and cook with. We had concerns about taking showers with the water too. When we arrived, the A/C in one end of the house wasn't working. They did deliver two portable units and had someone fix it on the 5th day. The kitchen units lack items for large group prep....

"Real plus to this property is it is in a gated community, but at the closest end to the beach. Most people in the community have a long walk or drive, not this property. You are right by the gate and the beach is right across the street. It is very large with many bedrooms to accommodate many people. Very roomy. Lots of space to lounge. Pool and patio area was great. The neighboring houses are a little close together. Keep in mind you use the right side of the beach as the left side is owned by...

"The house is perfect, everyone had their own room and bathroom. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and inter coastal. The pool was cold, since it gets zero sun, so the heat is a must. "
