Efficient, clean, pet-friendly 2 bed/bath cottage

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath guesthouse is a gem! Located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Medford with a garden and spacious back deck you'll be just a few minutes from downtown, both local hospitals, and the airport with easy access to the freeway. This home is just 20 minutes from downtown Ashland and Jacksonville. A great spot for families. Well-behaved pets welcome!

Nice house in a Quiet Neighborhood
We are return guests to this residence. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard for the dog. This stay, there were some cleanliness issues including a dirty stove top and counter, toothpaste spit on the bathroom mirror and a pile of linens on the floor of the washing machine closet. These issues did not impact our stay greatly because the host has multipurpose cleaner available at the residence that we were able to use to clean the mess and we didn’t use the washer/dryer during our stay. But it did give us kind of an icky feeling during our stay. I did reach out to the host and she communicated that she would share the feedback with the cleaning person and asked if she could do anything to make it right. As always, the host provided coffee which is a huge plus for us! I would stay again based on my previous stays when the house has always been extremely clean. I think this was a likely a one-time hiccup.

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood
This is an adorable house with a host that caters to families with a dog. We really appreciated the extras, including the dog bed and the fenced-in back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and the house was immaculate. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable, convenient low, stress stop over
Originally booked for my partner, my two teen kids, and our small dog to stop on our way from California to Washington. My partner couldn’t make it so it ended up being just me and the kids. We felt very safe and comfortable and the place is very well cleaned and set up. While we didn’t end up having the dog with us, I appreciate it. They had the place all set up as if we did, Very thoughtful. Convenient access off the freeway. Easy check-in. Communication with the host was smooth. My kids want to come back and I would definitely do so.

Very Clean Rental
Our stay was perfect. We were looking for a dog-friendly spot in a safe neighborhood during a road trip. The home is really adorable. I was particularly grateful for the coffee/frenchpress. This is the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in. I loved it. I’m sure we will be repeat guests.

Worked out perfectly
2 bedrooms / 2 baths is just what we needed. It was clean. Had a washer & dryer. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed in the primary bedroom. Our son said the bunk bed was fine. The neighborhood was quiet. We had to park on the street, but were right in front of the house. I appreciate the solid surface flooring through out (always feels cleaner to me). For coffee, it appeared to be a French Press pot rather than a typical coffee maker. So we went to Starbucks 😉 which was fine for us.

Forget hotels. VRBO is the way to go!
Our stay was the best. Nice neighborhood. Very quiet. A home away from home. Property owners we so nice. They accommodated our every need. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was very well set up inside and out. and our first stay at a vrbo and it was excellent. we will never stay in a hotel again :) it was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed and then some :)
