The location was absolutely perfect—within a short walk of downtown Boulder, with all its great restaurants, shops, and trails (even though we didn’t walk, it was that close!). It was also an easy drive to both Rocky Mountain National Park and the Brainard Lake area, making it a great home base for outdoor adventures. "The property was beautiful and very spacious. Lots of rooms and sitting areas. BBQ grill and fire pit outside were a huge help. Floors are a little thin so the downstairs people could hear every footstep. The biggest complaint was only having one towel per person however we could wash them. Ran out of trash bags and there was only one bin that got full quick. Overall very nice neighborhood with lots to do surrounding the area, beautiful home that was plenty accompanying for such a large group...
