"We really enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the river and so close to all the fun in Gruene! The house is very well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens to the tubes and kayaks outdoors. Our kids spent hours and hours in the water. A couple things to note - while there were enough beds for our large group, the room with the bunk beds is not actually a private room, as it must be passed through to get to two of the other bedrooms. "Elevator in the building I was staying in was out of service. I was on the first floor so it didn't affect me but I feel bad for anyone that had to carry luggage up three or four flights of stairs. No ice machine in the building I was staying at. had to walk to the adjacent building for ice. Ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice. Thankfully the building with the ice machine did have a functioning elevator."
