"From when I checked in to when I left I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The space was lovely! I really liked that the kitchen/dining room area was separate from the livingroom/sleeping area. The place was very clean and tidy. I spent tbe majorly of my stay around the Arnprior area, so the location was perfect. And the view!!!!! The Ottawa river never fails to impress, and the leaves changing colour made it that much better! I would happily recommend the space to anyone i know. "

"Overall it was a great property- we were there for our annual card game with family. With this in mind I would highly recommend the owner change the kitchen chairs - the seats are all sagging "

"The property is absolutely beautiful. The house, yard, and river are immaculately kept and were exactly as advertised. The hottub and sauna were amazing as well. Unfortunately, the hosts felt the need to constantly be involved throughout our stay. From showing up on property unannounced, to sending regular text messages either berating us or informing us we were being "listened to through the camera". The constant unwarranted interactions really had a negative impact on our stay. At one stage,...

"Very convenient to Calabogie track, less than 10mins. Calabogie town with restaurants, brewery, gas, LCBO, less than 10mins. 1 bedroom and a Murphy bed in in thr living toom.. both"

"We were in the the area helping look after family, and needed a wee break over the holiday's.Lucky for us this beautiful home was available.The cottage was decorated beautifully.A tree, lots of sparkly lights, inside and outside.The fireplace made everything cozy and warm.Everything you need and more is here for you....everything.Then there's the property.A path by the river than runs along the whole property thats filled with Hemlock's. Heaven!!!Thank you again for making our holiday's...

"We wish we could have stayed longer and it was the perfect accommodations for our 7 person family with 4 separate bedrooms and everyone having their own privacy. The renovation kitchen and bathrooms were great and we enjoyed the abundant space for together time. It would also be an amazing location in the summer months."

"The place was everything we hoped for a Xmas holiday. Three en suites and the huge kitchen were great but the fireplace was the star for sure. A must rent for larger families that want to be together and need space! "

"We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you!"

"We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed. We enjoyed the firepit, played games, and toured the area. Even spotted a deer in the yard one morning. The road could be a small concern if you have children or pets as the cars speed past and trees block the view of the driveway. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"
