"We were on a week long road trip through the UP and the Cottage was the perfect location in between stops (50 min to Picture Rock National Lake Shore in Munising and 50 min to Mackinac Island from St. Ignace). It was a great place to stay with our family of 5 and have amenities such as a full kitchen, laundry, and restaurants within 5-10 minutes away. The owner had nice little “extras” and was very responsive. We had a great stay!"

"The home was perfect for our mini UP getaway. The addition / main bedroom was where my husband and I spent most of our time hanging out. It also smelled fresh and nice like new wood. The rest of the house was quite musty smelling, which is to be expected with an older seasonal cabin, but it should be noted because some folks with allergies may experience a reaction (our kiddo did). Luckily the weather was unseasonably warm so we opened the windows. The porch was also a great place to relax...

"The house was just the right size for us and our pets. Plenty of property to exercise the dogs. The interior and furniture were up to date & the master bed was comfortable. The washer & dryer was a great bonus. The place could have a little more space for personal belongings & a pantry for dry food but overall everything was well stocked (dishes, pots, pans, utensils) and everything was in excellent condition & working order. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The home was in a perfect location to town. The snowmobile trails were super close. It was very clean and had views of the bay. Every morning and evening we had deer wondering around the cabin."

"Overall we loved our stay at the cabin. Having 6 people in the cabin made the single bathroom tough at times, but we made it work. I wish the water was a little closer as my mother has a hard time walking and couldn’t use the path to the beach, but t was beautiful. The children loved the loft and the kitchen was put to use to make breakfast every morning. Getting re-used to no TV and wi-fi was interesting at times, but we made it work and enjoyed spending time with each other like we did back...

"This property was perfect to relax and unwind from a hectic spring for me, my husband, and our grad school daughter. Location is excellent for days trips but the cottage was so nice we opted for several "go nowhere" days and skipped some sights. We never even turned on any of the TVs. Just listened to the waves, watched sunsets, went kayaking,read and watched stars. The hosts have so many thoughtful touches and supplies- I have never been to a vacation home so well supplied. "This house is an awesome place to stay while in Seney. The house is very clean, is well stocked with linens and the beds are all very comfortable. The host is very accommodating, because we were suppost to be on a snowmobile trip and there was no snow, he alllowed us to modify our stay."
