"My daughter was graduating from the nursing school at nearby GSCU. My options were either sketch hotels, or a VRBO. This place was the obvious choice. Only about 15 minutes away from where we needed to be, plus it offered two bedrooms, so the cost difference was negligible. Place was clean, comfortable, and had every thing we needed for our short stay. If I had to stay in the are again, it would definitely be at the top of my list of where to stay. "

"It was perfect! We never thought of a lake getaway for the 4th of July before, but we loved this! Fireworks & sunsets on the water… PERFECT!! Very specious, beautiful home, loved the screened in porch & flat back yard too:) I’d love to one day own a place like this!"

"Stayed here many times and as usual all was excellent. Will come back again this summer. "

"Our stay was excellent. Lake Sinclair is beautiful. This cabin is right on the lake. The house is clean and great for cooking. We had an excellent few days."

"The view is gorgeous! The house is quaint and adorable with very comfortable beds. Although there are houses on each side of the property, the foliage makes you feel secluded. We saw a lot of deer and caught a bunch of fish. It was exactly what we hoped for! Can't wait to return!"

"Loved our stay, very nice place, everything you can think of was provided! My only suggestion, would be, to have a covered deck. I only say this, because, it rained a few nights, and we grilled most of our food. We also bought a can opener, and left it for future guests, lol ,other was broken. Great place, great communication! Would definitely book again!"

"What a wonderful home to stay at the lake. A beautiful summer place for our family to vacation. It has all what we need and more. "

"Stayed with family a few nights and really enjoyed it. Water front with lots of room. Big back yard that kids had room to run and play. Home had all the necessities and then some. Would stay again and plan to do so!"

"We enjoyed our whole stay. If I may make a comment. There are so many spider waves and spiders. We did cleaned it up but I don’t know if you can do anything. We enjoyed our stay that we would definitely stay again."

"We had a great time. The house was a perfect size for 3 of us. We brought paddleboards and went right off the dock. Golf cart was a lifesaver. So close to town. We rented a boat so we could see the lake..Would definitely stay again."

"This property is clean, attractive and well appointed. The kitchen is roomy and easy to use. We enjoyed the outdoor areas and the large living room was comfortable for our program needs."

"We had a wonderful time visiting Lake Sinclair! It was the perfect house for our growing family. My adult daughters & their spouses had plenty of room while our teenage daughter & her friend enjoyed their space. We loved being on the lake & still close to town. The house was beautiful! "
