Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any
time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.
PARKING:
- All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood
roads are for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
- Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager
has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
- Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
- If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road,
overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads.
With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
NO OPEN FIRES: You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.
ALCOHOL: Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.
PETS: Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this
property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
TRASH: DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract
wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.

*Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog
First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund.
There are 2 exterior facing cameras - On the Front porch and on the front door
There is parking for 3 cars on site. Please no RV's.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
