"This is a remodeled YMCA (I believe) and has such a cool vibe! While the check in process is virtual only, it is very convenient and they are very responsive if you do have questions. Additionally, there is someone onsite at the front desk if you need anything. I was worried about safety initially (with virtually check in process) but have stayed there three times now and it’s actually great!! "

"The hotel itself is beautiful. The amenities were great. The heated pool made up for not having a hot tub. And the breakfast selection was great. The cleanliness of the room though was hands down the worst! There was toe nail clippings on the floor, there was trash already in the garbage can in our room, and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, there was a vape in it and used tissues. We were in town for a Penguins game and didn’t get back to our room until 11pm which is when we saw the bed so...

"Excellent staff, very easy parking, and nice lobby. The room was overall good but I could tell someone had smoked in it possibly a few stays ago. Tough to get rid of that smell. "Nice property and comfortable room. The room faced the highway, road noise a bit loud, would request to be away from this side in a subsequent visit. Front desk team polite and hospitable but a ball-drop on checkin double charged my card. Manager Max did a great job of correcting the issue, his response was perfect…thanks! "

"Very nice. Clean. Surprisingly quiet for the amount of guests. Slept amazing! Love the shower and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Our room was also extremely spacious and had a good amount of storage for clothes/luggage. Loved it here and will stay here again. "
