This property has access to the Payette Riverwalk - 41-acres of riverfront property located at 250 Moonridge Drive. This land is protected under a conservation easement held by the Payette Land Trust, which protects the river from development, conserves wildlife habitat, and allows responsible access to the river. The Payette Riverwalk is now open to the public for bike and pedestrian traffic - no motor vehicles. People can fish, paddle board, float the Payette for 2 hours by launching at the Red Bridge and taking out at Moonridge. 5 vehicle parking is available, and it is just a short walk from the property!

This home has two mini-split AC units - one in master bedroom, and one in the main living space.
This home has surveillance that records motion and sound. There are security cameras set up in the game room that face the exterior of the home - pointed to the driveway. There is a camera on the front door facing the entrance of the home and there is a camera inside the owner's garage (which guests do not have access to).
There is no garage access for guests, but plenty of room for 6 cars or 2 trucks and 2 trailers. NOTE - the circular driveway can be narrow in the winter due to snow accumulation.
No Smoking. No Pets. No fireworks. No parties. No events.
This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
